Turning Japanese — Kitsho Japanese and Sake Bar, Traders Hotel

Posted on

Another Saturdate with my sister was a lunch buffet at Kitsho, Traders hotel, Roxas Blvd.  We reserved our seats a couple of days before visiting the place. Image
the place is not really big but already enough to get a cozy lunch.  We arrived 10 minutes early but they didnt let us wait anymore. The staff are friendly and accommodating and they assisted us to the buffet table.  They also got VIP rooms, good for lunch or dinner meetings.  Well if you are too noisy while eating, that would be a best place to stay in LOL
They asked for our drinks, you can choose from iced tea (not the usual powdered form) mango juice or pineapple juice.  Its already unlimited unlike other buffets that is “single serve”
We are welcomed with a nice plate and a towel on the side :)  Image
the towel was not included in this pic…
On the buffet table, there are alot of choices… and due to my shy attitude **WHOA** i wasnt able to take pictures of the buffet table… but the choices are good.  Sashimi of Tuna, Salmon, Uni, Mayamaya, Unagi and alot more was there. You need to ask the chef for Unagi and other Sashimi cuts but the first 4 are already available. They ensure that the pieces are fresh so they only display ample amount on the buffet table.
They also offer Sukiyaki and tempura.  There is also a part of the buffet that you can get ready to eat meals. Like fried chicken (that is uber crunchy) curry, etc. Here is a sample of the fried chicken and sukiyaki…
just a small portion
Two thumbs up for this sukiyaki
And dont forget the tempura and salad :D
